Weeks Two to Four – March 2017 | Allison Emrey

I’m headed across the country to California and Arizona for the next three weeks.  The first two locations are familiar and I am happy to visit South California and Phoenix again.  I have never been to Northern Cali, so I am looking forward to seeing San Francisco and the golf course up there.

Last year Symetra played the IOA Championship at this same course in Southern California, but, the Gateway Classic near Phoenix was not on the roster in 2016.  One of my college teammates lives in the area and when I visited there last year I was able to play at Longbow.  I am not very familiar with desert golf, but, I’m excited to be competing there.  The third week is a new Symetra event at Windsor Golf Club in the San Francisco area.

Round One was postponed until Saturday due to standing water on the course.  The tournament will now be 36 holes (Two Rounds).
